ok, the wire from the ignition switch does not go to the starter, it goes to the com puter, and then out to the starter relay, then on to the starter, do you know where the starter relay is?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Scan tool says starter relay is disabled. No codes though. Gonna check trans range sensor next.

Have you ohmed out the 2 wires going from the sensor to the computer?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Not yet, what should my reading be
Expert:  Tim Mohr replied 1 year ago.

at the sensor, the blue/red wire and the grey/purple wire should have continuity, when the shifter is in park or neutral,Tim

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
They do.

then the range sensor is good, and this is either going to be in the antitheft system, or the computer is bad, if the light does not stay flashing, then its not the anti theft, this just leavea bad computer,Tim
