Did you replace the upstream or the down stream 02 sensors?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I replaced both downstream sensors.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
All the wiring looked good and the fuse looked fine. What do I check next pcm output?
Expert:  A. Penland replied 1 year ago.

Unplug one of the downstream 02 sensors and turn the key to on and measure the voltage between the LIGHT BLUE/ORANGE striped wire and the ORANGE wire. See if the voltage is greater than 10.5 volts.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I will do that tomorrow, anything else I should check at the same time?
Expert:  A. Penland replied 1 year ago.

I can actually post the rest of the pin point test for you below.

I got 11.3 volts on the first test
Expert:  A. Penland replied 1 year ago.

Ok. That result will send you to step H13 where you are checking for a short in the heater harness.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
OK the first part I think I got. The heater is either of the white wires, correct? But the second part I am not sure about vwrp, sngrtl. .... probably not right but I mean the other resistance test in h13

The 02 sensor connector pin out diagram is below. Look at C172.
