1999 F150 fuel pump appears to have no power

Hello, the truck wont start? If you spray carb cleaner into the intake does it run for a few seconds? Did you inspect the fuel pump inertia switch for being popped up? The fuel pump circuit only gets power for a few seconds when the key is turned to on so you have to test for power to the pump when it primes. it wont have a constatnt power supply unless it is running
