im cam and ill do my best to help you out.
IT can be a major problem to get these cylinders out when they wont turn, as they have to be in the ignition op position to be able to hit the release button. than it pops out nice n easy.
But when it doesnt turn at all, It has to be drilled out.
It is time consuming and an absolute mess.
I have the directions from the form manuals, i can send you them. But it is not fun at all.
IF you just have a standar key with no theft chip in, i would just recommend replacing the entire column with a used one.
Its a lot cheaper and less hassel. they will run from $50 to $80 for a used column.
This is what i sugest.
But, if you want to attemp to drill the old one out, i will send you the directions.
It will take me a bit to get it toether for you.
let me know
