Thank you. What have you already checked or replaced?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Nothing; we tried turning the engine on/off, but to no avail.
Expert:  A. Penland replied 1 year ago.

Ok, first a simple check. Step on the brakes and have someone check and se if all the brake lights work.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No brake lights
Expert:  A. Penland replied 1 year ago.

Ok. Replace the brake light switch. The shifter interlock switch gets power from the brake light switch when the pedal is depressed. Also check the wires to the switch.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Where is the brake light switch?
Expert:  A. Penland replied 1 year ago.

The brake light switch is mounted under the dash on the brake pedal. Below is a diagram on how to replace it.
