2006 Ford Escape 3.0L. Receiving codes U1900, C1805, and B2900. Where do i need to go from here

Hello and thank you for your question, The codes U1900 and B2900 and C1805indicate that the ABS module is having communication issues to the PCM just as the scan tool is having communication issues to the PCM. Start first with making sure the #11 fuse in the under hood fuse panel is in place and not blown. If the fuse checks okay the run the enclosed test steps in the link below. all the voltages are good when i bridge terminals 30 and 87 and the fuse has full power as soon as i put the PCM relay back in i get no voltages on any of those test points, so the relay is bad correct and if so what is the ford part number for that relay

If you doing your testing right it sure sounds like it.

Try swapping it with a known good relay .
