could it possibly be my left front cv axle?

I would recommend you have the wheel bearings inspected, those are common to change noise and vibration with slight turning. It would be a good idea to have the cv axles inspected at the same time. Best way would to have the truck on an a lift and run it up to the speed when the vibration usually occurs .
