hi there, I just had a intake manifold, pcv and egr valve. within 50 miles my belt that controls the water pump slips off with 3 loose bolts and the fourth I am told was broken off. 2003 F150 small 6 any relation? I have found that in some F150s the pcv valve in on the water pump

Is the question, why is the belt coming off or how to address the loose bolts?
