Ok sounds like you might have an issue with the evaporative emission system. Even though its not setting any codes. They had issues with the evap cannister purge valve sticking open on the intake manifold and can cause it to pull in fuel into the intake and load up the charcoal cannister with fuel. With the engine idling. Remove the hose going to the purge valve which is near the throttle body. At idle it should have no flow, not pull a vacuum, if it is, the purge valve is sticking open. Also drop the charcoal cannister under the vehicle and see if any fuel is present i n the cannister. If there is replace both the cannister and the evap purge valve

been through that. purge valve working normally. as your slowing down it's as if someone shuts the key off. at times the idle drops down low but catches itself and returns to normal.

Then the only thing to do is run an on demand test both Key on engine off and key on engine running test to see if any codes come up even if there is no check engine light on. Using a scan tool it tests all inputs and outputs. If no codes are coming up. Its hard to say what else it could be without that and monitoring live sensor data with

a scan tool.
