Hi, my name is ***** ***** is caused by either low coolant, or a partially plugged heater core, have you checked the coolant yet?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Hi , no I have not. Soon as it stops raining I will check level.
Do you think it could possibly be blown head gasket ? Just asking
Expert:  Tim Mohr replied 1 year ago.

then I doubt its a blown headgasket, check your coolant first, if it is full, then it has to a partially plugged heater core
