My 98 mustang gt wouldn't start. I replaced the battery and it ran, but the next day was dead. I replaced the alternator, jumped it, and it started. However, when I disconnected the jumper cables, it took a minute, then sputtered and died. I jumped it again, and removed the cables and it died. I figured I had a bad alternator, so I returned it, bought another, and had it tested before I left the store. Installed, and it dies the same thing. Help,

Do you have a battery charger, we need to charge the battery to be able complete the tests below on the alternator and its wiring and signals to it. below are the tests we will follow in a link.
