Hello. My name is ***** ***** I will be helping you today.

What makes you think its flooded and how did you determine that it seems to be firing?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
After it sits a while, it starts, runs rough and creates a fair amount of smoke, then dies just like it got shut off. Then it cranks and not much happens, if I hold it to the floor, it will fire but not start.

Explain what you mean by "Fire". I dont think your idea of fire is the same as mine.
