It is hard to say what has caused your failure until the vehicles computer is scanned for failure codes, to give some indication as to the cause of the failure ,I can tell internal transmission failure where the transmission neutralizes usually indicate improper pressure from the pump or a seal ring failure, dumping the pressure being produced, and sometimes can be strictly be computer electronic in nature, the codes can" unmuddy the water", so to speak. Please rate ,my service a 3 or above,if for some reason you can not ,please ask me another question, I will continue to answer your questions even after you give a rating until you are completely satisfied.
