I have a 2012 F-150 FX4 Crew Cab that will not start it has no electrical,with the exception of mirrors, seats, and display lights on the radio and A/C controls. Everything else acts as if the battery has been taken out but the battery is good, fuses look good as well.

Do the headlights work?

Does the instrument cluster light up with the key turned on?

With the exception of the previously mentioned electronics everything else is unresponsive! I'm at a loss

Fuse 28 under the dash , is it good and does it have battery voltage?

Do the same at fuses 11 24 29 under the dash?

Fuse 45 under the hood, does it have battery voltage?

Double checked fuse 28 with the switch on and it does have voltage, I'm still gonna check the others too

No need to check the others since 28 has voltage now, key position though should not matter. Do you feel comfortable doing some wire testing to the BCM?
