2006 Ford Ranger front brake caliper guide pins. One has a dark plastic on one end. Does this go in the top hole or the bottom.

That pin goes on the bottom. Be sure to grease it real well when re installing it.

Thank you very much. I use a silicone type grease on the pins. I do not understand why that plastic bushing pin is there to begin with.
