Hello and thank you for your question, the expert you have requested is not on line so I will try and help you, sorry for the delay.

The GEM module is located on the driver side of the dash just to the left of the steering column. See the link below for location. Copy and paste the link to your browser to open and view them.

In most cases you can get an aftermarket reman unit from most auto part store. I have enclosed a link below that should have it as well.
