Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

The problem could be the window motor, a wiring or switch issue. The most common cause of a window not working would be the motor itself but if you hear a click with the switch in the down position but not up then the motor may not be receiving power and ground.

What will need to be done is remove the door panel, set up a test light across the motor terminals, turn the key on and press the switch in the up direction. If the test light does light up then the motor has failed.

If it's missing power or ground then you'd next need to move to one switch or the other and test it's inputs and outputs, or you could do a visual inspection of the wiring. It's not uncommon for the wiring inside the boot between the door and body to break, a broken wire in either front door boot can cause the window to not work.
