What module 1993 Ford are you working on?

What engine does this 1993 have?

Manual or automatic transmission?

Thank you, ***** ***** engine crank over by the starter or does it not crank over by the starter?
Do you have a test light or meter to do a couple of electrical tests?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I do have a meter to test with. I have power going into the solenoid on the fender wall. When I turn the key on if i cross the posts on the solenoid the starter turns over and the headlights come on. If I'm just sitting in the cab and turn the lights they will not come on independently like normal.

Also just to note I have replaced the solenoid on the fender already and was wondering if it might be a bad one out of the box new?

did i lose you??

I work during the day at a Ford dealership as a service technician. I am only on line in the evening when I get home from work.

With the key turned on and you jump the solenoid, does the engine start and run?
