2001 Ford mustang. The whole car shakes during gh/low speed

2001 Ford mustang. The whole car shakes during high/low speed braking. New brake pads and rotor. Stering stable and does not shake when braking. What is causing the whole car to shake?

Just to clarify, you do not feel the shake in the steering wheel when brake but in the seat and rear of vehicle?
