If you are sure the ground wire is attached to the negative terminal, check your fuses under the hood make sure they are all good. Next check the 12v relay, it is also under the hood. You will see 2 relays under the hood. Just swap them to see if your 12v comes back on. If not them something else may be your problem. We would have to do some testing with a volt meter. I can guide you thru it.
