Hi. Generally a concern like this is caused by low coolant or a plugged radiator. Have you done anything or replaced any parts to try and fix this yet?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No

Ok. You should check the coolant condition. If it is really brown and looks rusty it is possible the radiator is plugged. Can you check the coolant condition and get back to me?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
You took to long to get back to me out already solved the problem
