Right front brake? If so, check both battery cables for melted insulation and also if the positive battery cable has shorted against the frame.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Maybe I should I said the passenger side ...

Passenger is the right side. Was it the front?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Expert:  Mike S. replied 1 year ago.

Ok, check both battery cables

Expert:  Mike S. replied 1 year ago.

How were the cables, Find the problem yet?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
There isn't nothing that indicates any melting .
Expert:  Mike S. replied 1 year ago.

Does either battery cable get how or smoke when you turn the key to start? You might want to have someone else turn the key while you look.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Everything electrical is working and after that it won't crank . There isn't any smoke .
Expert:  Mike S. replied 1 year ago.

Sorry, I didn't catch that misspelling. That should have said, "Does either battery cable get hot".

Perhaps now after answering that question you should tell me what year this mustang is and what engine came in it, so I can look up the correct wiring diagram. Also I need to know if this has a manual or auto transmission.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
2000 mustang , automatic , base

Ok, do you hear anything at all from the starter, starter solenoid or starter relay when turning the key to start?

Expert:  Mike S. replied 1 year ago.

I need the engine size, too. The original.

Expert:  Mike S. replied 1 year ago.

I am going to assume the 3.8, so here is that wiring diagram.

Expert:  Mike S. replied 1 year ago.

Check those fuses.

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
The starter doesn't make a sound .
Expert:  Mike S. replied 1 year ago.

Check the fuses, then remove the starter relay and test for voltage in the socket. One spot should be hot all the time and then one more hot with the key on start. If it does do this, then try a new starter relay.
