Hello and thank you for you question , closed throttle voltage need to be as close to 1.0 volts as possible, t adjust the WOT setting (wide open throttle) hold the throttle in the Wide Open Throttle position and adjust the throttle travel screw slightly if necessary so that the WOT reading on the DG/LG wire indicates 4.2-4.3 volts.

is that the center wire can not see the colors and key on engine off

If memory serves me right, yes it is but you need to take a look at the wiring at the harness to the sensor to be sure.

Yes that is correct, the wires should be different in color unless the connector has been changed
