The factory alarm on my 96 Thunderbird went off, it cost

Customer Question

The factory alarm on my 96 Thunderbird went off, it cost $475 with the ticket and the towing charges. I have disconnected the horn so that that doesn't happen again. A car alarm place that they would not touch it because it's a factory alarm system. What can I do to either fix the alarm malfunction, or to disconnect the alarm from the horn?
