5.4 Ford Triton wont turn over the starter is new battery is good i removed the serpentine belt and tried to rotate the Cranckshaft with a socket and handle but wont go. This is a Ford F 250 even tried 24 bolts to rotate it.

Hello and thanks for using JustAnswer.I will try my best to help you with your question.
If you cannot rotate the engine over by hand at the crankshaft bolt pulley turning clockwise, try counter clockwise. If it will not turn either direction, remove the spark plugs and try again. If the engine is hydrolocked, which is water or fuel in the cylinders, this will stop the engine from cranking over.
