My name is ***** ***** I am a professional here at Just Answer. I noticed that your question was not getting a response and thought I would see if you still need help with this.I apologize for the delay and I hope I can still assist you with this here.
230 degrees is running near the hot side. This may be causing engine oil to burn off and cause the smoke.I would check and make sure the engine cooling system is operating properly and to see if the thermostat needs replaced as this can cause this here.
Thanks Pete
