Customer Question

I have a 2011 ford fiesta that will not start. New battery, starter works, all is fine. It shows a malfunction on the screen but no codes when I hook up my reader. It will start fine and then the next time you get nothing but lights.

Hi my name is ***** ***** ignition switch on these vehicles is a known culprit for this type failure, both the ignition switch and the ignition lock cylinder need to be checked.
