There is a circuit called keep alive power to the pcm. It is located on pin 55 of your pcm (engines computer). P1633 indicates that power on that circuit has been lost to the pcm. Generally it is from a broken wire. It can also be caused by a faulty pcm. What you should do first is access this pin on the pcm and check it for power.

Have you checked this circuit for power yet? Do you have any more questions?
