Hello and thanks for using JustAnswer.I will try my best to help you with your question.
The codes P0406 and P0403 point to a bad EGR module.
The codes P0102 and P0108 point to a bad Mass Air Flow Sensor.
The codes P0122 and P0511 are results from the other codes.
Replace the EGR module and the Mass Air Flow Sensor and have the codes cleared with a scan tool. Then disconnect the battery for 15 minutes and then reconnect it and drive the vehicle so it can relearn its operating strategies.
