remove the egr valve and see if it is stuck open for lack of power and every time i did egr and oil coolers and coolant over pressurisses it is the head gasket that blew out cooler, i also install arp head stud when i do head job, i will not use stretch bolts
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
the reason for changing cooler i was gettin oil in coolant not coolant in oil i was going to try to look at egr and vains on turbo for sut this morning more are less wanted a second opinion to see if i remember right its been awhile sense i worked on 6.0
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
egr being suted will cause excessive turbo burp ????
Expert:  fordtechsuzukitech25 replied 1 year ago.
absolutly, just to make sure you can clean egr valve and reinstall to see if it runs better
Expert:  fordtechsuzukitech25 replied 1 year ago.
did you try to clean out intake manifold, i dont recomend cleaning out the intake manifold unless you have an hour or so to rev. the heck out of it because it will smoke very bad for a long time
