On a 1981 Ford E350 7.5 L cutaway, there is a 4 amp drain on

Customer Question

On a 1981 Ford E350 7.5 L cutaway, there is a 4 amp drain on the battery when parked and everything turned off. I removed all the fusses and trouble still there. Replaced the starter solenoid and no change. Could the voltage regulator cause the problem?
With a 4 amp drain it means 3 ohms of resistance, the same as most solenoid coils.

This is a motorhome so there is a battery isolator module in the engine compartment.
