Ford focus: 2006 Ford focus, bought used. Replaced both rear

Customer Question

2006 Ford focus, bought used. Replaced both rear and front brakes/pads/etc. Car has 3 problems that the dealer says he cannot replicate or see: most serious is that on occasion when slowing down to come to a light etc. brakes do not respond and car accelerates or continues briefly until driver applies brake HARD and pedal hits the floor (happens about twice a week). At same time car pulls to the right when braking and loud squeaking from brakes (always seems to have squeaking when car /brakes heat up--not when starting cold so never doing that when we go to the dealer--naturally!!!

could it be the anti lock brakes activating prematurlly, and if it is and pulling to the right that means the left sensor is cutting out for some reason, like a wheel bearing or debris billed up.
