1999 f-350 6.8L rough idle, lack of power, NO codes present. have hooked up the scanner. scanner (PCM) reads engine coolant temp 120 max and cylinder head temp 107 max with engine at full operating temperature. install a new CHS with no change. anyone any ideas...........?

When cold, and started what do the temp sensors read?With the key on, engine off, sensors unplugged, what voltage do you get from which color wire at these sensors?Does it run well when cold?
