Customer Question

I AM JUST ABOUT WORN OUT TRYING TO USE THIS WEB SITE. I KNOW I AM USING ALL OF THE RIGHT CREDIT CARD NUMBERS.
FOR THE 10TH TIME, HERE IS MY QUESTION:
2002 WINDSTAR. RIGHT REAR ENGINE/TRANNY MOUNT......PASSENGER SIDE, REAR MOUNT. I HAVE PLENTY OF TOOLS, JACKS.
+WHAT IS THE JACKING POINT........BIG BOARD UNDER OIL PAN ?
+ most important question: how do I remove the top nut on the mount ? I tried to reach it from the top with socket extensions......could not get a straight shot at it.
Tried to use U-joint socket.........same story......too much angle for this to work.

First of all, you need an Engine Support Kit.You have to raise the engine 2".I have included the instructions. If after raising the engine 2", you cannot access that nut, let me know.
