Hi I have a 2008 crown vic police interceptor
the #6 cylinder is miss firing.
Do I take the rubber boot out of the engine to get the plug out
the plug out

Hello and thanks for using JustAnswer.I will try my best to help you with your question.

The rubber boot should be attached to the coil. If it is stuck in the spark plug hole, use a pair of pliers and grab the boot and twist it in the hole till it turns and then remove it. Replace that boot. You can get them by themselves without the coil.
