Removed air pipe from throttle body and engine dies at Idle

I was in a hard accelaration and all of a sudden had no power. Just rebuilt engine 45K miles after dropped valve seat on #4. Replaced Head and pistons rings etc.

Also checkd timing, and tried EGR test by plugging Vacuum line going to the EGR.
Pulled Valve cover and rotated engine and checked Lifters and appears that no valve or stuck open
