Ford Crown Victoria: 1985 Ford 302 crown vic vacuum control

Customer Question

1985 Ford 302 crown vic vacuum control is not working - no or low vacuum pressure at PVC tube. How do I find the leak and repair broken plastic tubes? do the small tubes dampen the controls in any way, or will 1/4" rubber hoses work just fine. I have figure 69, but no translation of the codes on the diagram. Can't tell where the leak is located
