Hello,
Using a test light or volt meter set to DC volts, can you test for power at the small yellow and blue wire at the starter solenoid on the starter?
It has to have power when the key is in the start position, so you might need a helper to turn the key to start while you check. If there IS power to it, the starter is faulty. If there is no power, i would replace the starter relay.
