Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Number 8 was bad so I changed all4 on that bank got code from my garage guy
Expert:  Wayne Crawford replied 1 year ago.
Have you checked the turbo at all?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
No not sure how
Expert:  Wayne Crawford replied 1 year ago.
Reach in and try to move the impeller. Feel for play in any direction. It should have virtually no movement and if it does it will burn through oil with a quickness which would explain your missing oil and the smoke.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I have a tuner in it and I just passed a car got into the gas and there was a lot of black smoke bout 10 miles down the road it shut down
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Would that stop it from starting? I am going out to check turbo now
Expert:  Wayne Crawford replied 1 year ago.
Yeah it can. And does your tuner read codes? If so what codes are in it right now?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Tuner don't give codes
Expert:  Wayne Crawford replied 1 year ago.
OK. Well I would start by checking for play in the turbo then.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
I checked the turbo it has lots of play

Then you have found your immediate issue. Either get it rebuilt or replace it with a new or reman unit and recheck. Chances are thats all you got going on but theres always the possibilty that theres more than one problem keeping it from starting. That will be where your oil is going for sure and if there was no previous issues thats probably responsible for the no start as well
