Hi! My name is ***** ***** I will do my best to assist you with your concerns.
If this occurred after just filling up, then you may have bought bad fuel.
Replace the fuel filter and see if the vehicle allows for a start and run. Otherwise, be ready to complain to the service station for the bad fuel purchased and demand that they make payment on all the repairs to your vehicle after testing the fuel in your vehicle.
If you drained the water out and are still getting a no start, then there is a strong possibility that the fuel is bad that you purchased.
