i have 2004 ford freestar it stalls when the engine is cold no codes after the engine is warm the van drives like a dream when it stalls it makes a vacuum leak sound and then it stalls

The most common cause of stalling when the engine is cold is caused by vacuum leaks at the intake manifold o rings between the upper plastic half and the metal lower half. They are rubber and when they are cold, they shrink and do not seal properly causing leaks. When they heat up and expand, they seal and allow the engine to run properly.
