Oh ok gotcha.

Expert:  Scott W. replied 2 years ago.
Ok I found one that applies to your vehicle, what happens is the exhaust seats valves will not seal properly and leak, this can be verfified with a compression test, the lowest reading should be with in 75 percent of the highest reading to considered normal. I will get you the TSB so you can view it, the tsb states mainly the left head is affected, but if we did one, we replaced both, just FYI.

Here is the TSB.

Are you repairing the vehicle yourself?
Customer: replied 2 years ago.

f i have to tear into the motor then no ill send it into a friends shop...

Expert:  Scott W. replied 2 years ago.
Ok, I would do the compression test first, make sure engine is warm, all spark plugs removed and fuel system shut off, then hold open throttle body so air can enter intake and crank over the engine until you hear 4 compressions, then write the numbers down, do this for all 8 and compare the results.
