I have a 1986 ford f150 with the 4.9 anytime i run it my valve cover gets rly hot and the valves dont seem to ever get oil what could be wrong just replaced head gasket and exhaust intake gasket ran fine befor, not leaking oil or any fluid

If you remove the valve cover and idle the engine, do all of the pushrods squirt oil?
