hi I have a 2000 ford explore my high beams have stop working I have changed the bulbs and switch and they are still not working. What else could it be

fuse 33 located in the interior fuse box should have power to it when the high beams are on , its should be a blue 15 amp fuse

see if this fuse has power to it when the high beams are on and also remove the fuse to see if its burnt out
