I have noticed that your question was not getting a response and thought I would see if you still need help with this.I apologize for the delay and I hope I can still assist you with this hereThe problem you are describing can be caused by any of the following,Fuse(s).Circuitry open/short.Auxiliary blower motor relay.Front auxiliary blower motor switch.Auxiliary high speed blower motor relay.Auxiliary blower motor. In order to determine which is failing you are going to need to do some testing. Yes I would suspect you have a loss of vacuum or a failing vacuum motor. I would start with checking the vacuum supply.
