Either remove the radio and have a stereo repair shop remove them or, if you are you are handy with electrical, remove the radio, take the top panel off and carefully position the CDs out of the CD slot.

how do I remove the trim panel around the radio? It appears to be secured to the console
Expert:  A. Penland replied 1 year ago.
First you have to carefully pry up the center console bezel around the floor shifter and unplug the connectors to it. Then, carefully pry the around the radio and AC controls. The panels clip into the dash. Then remove the 4 screws that hold the radio into place.
