I would start with spraying all the door latches including the rear lift gate. There is a chance this will clean up the door ajar switch contacts that are causing the door ajar light to stay on and keeping the dome lights on. The door ajar switch and lock actuator are part of the latch assembly. In many cases the latch assembly will need to be replaced. At the dealer we use the IDS(diagnostic tool) to watch all the door ajar switches to see which one is showing open. Without a tool like this we would either need to guess what door or use a multi meter and check each latch.
lets try spraying the latches with an electrical spray cleaner and then opening and closing the doors a few times.
