Is this a 4bbl carb or fuel injected?
I found this page although they don't give the first 2 digits of the part number if you contact them, they will tell you the first 2 digits.
Go down to PNC 9275.
There are several listed for different applications. It's either **UZ-9275-A with a 18 gallon tank or a **UZ-9275-E with a 22 gallon tank.

this is not what my part looks like. This is an e350 mini winnie winnebago
model wf426rt with a single 40 gallon gas tank behind the axle with a carbed 7.5 liter gasoline engine
Also, an aftermarket inline fuel pump was installed.
can you confirm if the following sending unit part number will work- Airtex E2071S
This says with 36 Gal. Tank. http://www.autopart.com/fuelpump/FuelPump1991FORDE-350ECONOLINE.htm
Elsewhere on that page they do list 2 for a 40 gallon tank, E2031 TO 6-91 and E2060S FROM 6-91 .
They are fuel pumps.
Sending units are here but I still don't see any for a 40 gallon tank, http://www.autopart.com/partsout/1987/FORD_E-350ECONOLINE/4436.htm
yes, I was wrong. this is a 36 gallon tank. The previous owner must have removed the fuel pump from the original sending unit and installed an inline pump. I will try to go back to the original configuration.
Thanks for your help
These 2 stick out because you said, "believe it has three outlets due to the generator."
