Replacing rear wheel bearing on F150 Ford 4x4. Wheel bearing inner race which holds roller bearings has two different edges. One is straight and the other side is slightly curved/molded. Which side goes toward differential? Mark

Hi, I’m Chris. Welcome and thanks for asking your question!
Actually it does not matter which face of the bearing housing goes in first. I normally put the curved side in first so I have a larger stronger side to drive the bearing in from.
