hi my name isXXXXX will try and assist you. Do you have a test light or voltmeter to perform a few circuit checks?

Customer replied 256 days and 14 hours ago.

unfortunately no

I could ask a neighbor for one

if you can get one than we can check some wiring. This is probably going to be a bad interior fuse box.

Customer replied 256 days and 14 hours ago.

Don't know if you saw my last reply, but if you can give me a few things to check, I'll do that when I get one. I did read a post from a colleague of yours about checking the different pins on the relays: http://www.justanswer.com/ford/2bx5k-power-windows-stopped-working-2005-ford-taurus.html

Any additional advice?

check the light blue /black wire at the drivers switch if you have no power than check the same wire at the fuse box.If you do not have 12 volts on the wire with the key in run position than the fuse box has a internal problem.

Customer replied 256 days and 13 hours ago.

where are the blue/black wire

you will have one in the connector attached to the drivers window switch. It is the main power for windows. the other end of the wire is located in the fuse box.It will be in the gray bolted in connector. It receives the power out of the fuse box and supplies the window switch power

So I have to dig into the door to test this? And is does this control the lights and moon roof as well?

the interior fuse is called the smart junction box and controls all of these items. If it is bad you will need to have the new one reprogrammed to your Vehicle for all items to work.If you can find a similar model in a salvage yard you may be able to just plug it up to your car and everything work.Make sure it has the same features as your car.
